We may collect both personally identifiable information and anonymous user data when you visit or access our Site, register for a race event, subscribe to our e-newsletter, create or edit an account, make a donation or other purchase, or participate in events on-line.
v Creating an Account/E-Newsletter Subscription
When you create an account, or edit your account information, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, username and password. We may also collect additional demographic information such as your gender, date of birth, country of origin, income, and wheelchair participant status.
v Making a Donation or Purchase
When you make a donation or purchase through the Site, we may collect financial information such as your credit card number and/or credit card security number, account information, and information about the date, amount and nature of financial transactions. C2C uses third party service providers to process all donations and purchases.
v Site Profile/Fundraising Page
If you choose to establish a Site profile or a fundraising page, we may collect information about the charity you wish to support. You may also have the opportunity to voluntarily upload, post, or otherwise provide additional information about yourself to be viewed publicly on the Site such as your date of birth, hometown, profile biography, photos, videos, opinions, statements, advice, comments, data, or other information.

Unless you request otherwise, when you make a donation, we will provide the designated charity and associated team leader with your personal contact information including, but not limited to, your name, address, phone number, and email address. C2C operates a public forum page to allow our users the opportunity to communicate with one another online. We also operate corporate blogs and microblogs. These forums are operated by independent third parties such as Twitter, Facebook, WordPress, Tumblr, and Pinterest. Any information that you submit on these forums will be governed by their privacy policies. You should review their privacy policies before you participate. You should also be aware that any information that you submit or post can be read, collected or used by other users. Your information may also be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.
